«MeRes100» Sirolimus Eluting BioResorbable Vascular Scaffold System
MeRes100™ is a sirolimus‑eluting bioresorbable vascular scaffold for coronary lesions, designed to provide a low profile, high radial strength, and improved endothelialization.
With a strut thickness of 100 μm, a hybrid cell design, and a bioresorbable polymer coating, it aims to reduce vascular injury and offer a more “DES‑like” experience on a bioresorbable scaffold (BRS) platform.

Advantages
- Thin scaffold backbone that reduces vascular injury and supports faster endothelialization.
- Combination of closed‑ and open‑cell design for improved flexibility and better side‑branch access.
- Tri‑axial platinum radiopaque (RO) markers at both ends for enhanced radiographic visibility during implantation.
- Approximate crossing profile of about 1.2 mm for a 3.00 mm scaffold, compatible with a 6F guide catheter.
- Drug coating: sirolimus 1.25 μg/mm² on a bioresorbable polymer coat.
Χρήση
MeRes100 is used for de novo coronary lesions in native coronary vessels.
It is suitable when you want:
A scaffold with bioresorption instead of a permanent stent.
Good support in lesions that require side‑branch access.
Low crossing profile and excellent visibility during implantation.
The system is available in diameters:
2.50 mm, 2.75 mm, 3.00 mm, 3.25 mm, 3.50 mm, and 4.00 mm.
And in lengths:
13, 16, 19, 24, 29, 32, 37, and 40 mm.
