LuX-Valve Plus - Tricuspid Valve
LuX-Valve Plus is a next-generation transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement system, designed to offer a minimally invasive solution for patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation. Delivered through a transjugular approach, it avoids open-heart surgery and reduces trauma to cardiac tissue. Its unique interventricular septal anchoring does not rely on radial force, supporting right heart remodeling and lowering the risk of pacemaker implantation. With seven sizes from 40 to 70mm, LuX-Valve Plus addresses even the largest annuli, offering a treatment option to patients who previously had none. Clinical data from the TRINITY study show a device success rate of approximately 97% and a significant reduction of tricuspid regurgitation at 6 months.

Use
LuX-Valve Plus is used in transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) procedures for patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation, including those with complex anatomies or large annular dimensions who are not candidates for surgery or repair. It is intended for specialized interventional cardiologists and structural heart centers. Technical characteristics:
